It's British, that "bullseye" is an RAF roundel.
If someone with multiple personality disorder threatens suicide, is it a hostage situation?

It's totally a bullseye.  Think about it.  If you get one square in the center (any of 'em) it's going to be catastrophic.

Wing shot?  Splat.

Knock the tail section off?  Splat.

It's just begging to be shot at.  lol

i know, its been on the drawingboard for ages :( francois keeps asking them whats new with it but no luck :'(

hahahahaha niceone hyperion..... i remember i saw a  movie once, they were making fun of some old WWII movie at the very end there was an RAF C47 and the pilots were waiting for some other guy, so they were playing darts on the tail roundel ;D hahaha
