Ok i adjusted the target to 61 fps and it seemed to bounce up as high as 47fps but stayed around 35-40 fps. heres another shot as proof at 40fps double what the other one was hitting.

How do you go about doing this andrew ?

To edit the panel, go into the panel folder and open up the panel.cfg file. You can add, edit, or modify as you please.

I still have some more work to do before I'm satisfied with it, but if you want, I can show you some screenshots
