The bomb itself isn't flyable.
"Where'd I get it," by this I assume you mean the bomb. I got the bomb and others here.
But if by chance you mean the sim itself; you could probably pick it up from your local software store.

Well, actually they're not, they're actually bomb racks (Triple Ejector Racks).
