Nice. ;D

Still don't like that cranky spot view. Spoils the look of the aircraft. IMHO ::)

Tempest:

One more reason to get CFS3, but I still need CFS2.  Choices, choices, choices, money, money, money.
Nice shots, good shooting, keep it up and we might just win this here war.

No need to run old chap ;) I've always had a soft spot for the good old Beaufighter although I would not go  as far as to say it was the best looking British Warbird (Spitfire ;D)

The Beaufighter was a good aircraft although it did have its share of teething troubles. I always liked it but sadly I've never seen one in the air. Known by the Japanese as the "Whispering Death" I believe.

Its 'successor' was the Bristol Brigand. As a boy, I can remember seeing a number of these on a hillside locally being broken up for scrap  >:(

Yes there are a few. Lots of them are here at SimV but these are older models and I don't know if these will work with FS9. I have the latest AvHistory version working in 2K2 but I did have to mess around with it a bit. On the pluss side, it has no less than six versions ;D

I always liked it but sadly I've never seen one in the air.

Well Hagar old chap, you may one day get the chance. The Fighter Collection are restoring an Australian built Beaufighter to airworth status ;D Sadly it's a ten year project :'( Even so, it's one Warbird restoration I am really looking forward to seeing completed.

bad news, pals. i tried the CFS2 beau in 2k4. no animations,no gear, hell, even no fully detailed model!
there's a gmax beau on flightsim.com ,but it's not really good.
this means waiting until someone hears our prayers...or invents a "CFS3 to FS" model converter.  :(
