Here's a suggestion.

When the next release comes, don't buy it.

That way, Billy will have to lower the prices to get us to buy. After that, we still don't buy. Then Billy will then have to finish the sim when he was suppose to so that we could finally buy the sim. ;)

Or, how about, next time, we don't buy the sim and Billy cancels it because for lack of sales? ::)
