Is it enjoyable to play online with other pilots!

I had an anomoly with my first multiplayer experience that is scaring me from going back to MSN Gamezone and fly again.

The game loaded and everyone was checked in, I switched my plane to a F16 falcon and just as I was taking off my screen started flickering and then turning White and blue!

Then I had to manually shut it off because none of the controls were responding. Someone told me that the problem may have been because I didn't close all windows and my Instant messenger was still running and someone may have been trying to write me.

But when I rebooted the computer it claimed something was wrong with the display driver. I had no issues with it before until now. Can you help me out.

How did you go about setting up your online experience?
Its only in your mind, strong mind, strong soul and nobody can take that from you!

FSHostspy 1.1 is the thing i use for finding servers.

Multiplayer usually works OK, but it seems that if someone has a bad ping everyone connected gets choppy framerates.

If someone has a plane that you don't have it will show up as the machine which you started the sim with. ou will see a lot of floating cessna 182's when flying online.

For multiplayer to work every player needs to have the same DirectX version. i think you got into this problem.
FSHostspy has filter options to take care of that (and of empty servers)
