Clarification: I have no connection with the designer of this aeroplane. I'm just the poor old Crew Chief.

Bloody pilots. What would you do with 'em? ::) :P :D

:)Great pictures.
We have a lot of actual squadron pictures of these aircraft at the RCAF Museum in Trenton Ontario.

The pictures show these aircraft operating in the European Theater of Operations.

Would you know if the Tempest or Typhoon saw action in the Pacific Theater of Operations?

Many thanks for the pictures.....Doug

The Tempest II was earmarked for service with "Tiger Force" in SE Asia, but the war ended before they were deployed. As far as I know the Tempest V only served in Europe and, post war, in North Africa.

It would be great to see some of those photos.

Hey Pippen  Did you ever find the Tempest, if so, what sound package do you use?

I meant to ask about that.  The sound cfg file says it's aliased to 'Hawker Tempest Framed/Sound'  What is that?  I was going to alias it to a Spitfire I have that sounds real good.
