You know I don't how to resize this in Microsoft Paint I tried can someone hook this up for me!

I think it is due to the settings I play the game on.

there there mav, its just a texture.... u dont need no have crushes on a bitmap or w/e file it is ::) ;D j/k

uhmm ya, actually get irfanview, tats what i use, its easy and fast to use ;D the download link is on the upload pix page here at SimV

dude did that but I don't see anything in the paint program that shrinks the file size  :P

Yes it does move and I'm getting better or atleast the same frame rates as before. ;D
