Nope, that's the Finnish AI Pair file that someone repainted for me  8) US Navy and Marine markings on mine  ;D

There's not a way to assign aircraft indiviual parking is there.  I think it's left up to the ATC... :P

there sure is, if you check the readme for the AFCAD you will see a section for Parking Assignments for AI Aircraft.

[b]FS uses the following criteria to decide where to park an AI aircraft.

and...where did you find that Hornets (freeware)? and did you use the C-1 in your flightplans? i found that plane, but i think it's not used in the flightplans... ;)
