TO: ROGER (Hawker Tempest 5)

Postby Threadkiller » Mon Oct 06, 2003 5:39 pm

hey pal, i went flying today near Calais looking for the mithical shark-mouthed blue jet
that is said to be circling around (the Freya's caught him) so i felt lucky and wanted to try to shoot him/her down,
instead; i came across a lonely Tempest flying along the coast. he started the quarrel but
soon after he regreted it :P ;D i left himnm like swiss cheese, but he managed to escape
across the channel, he must've gone down somewhere along the way. anyway, i was just
wondering if that was u flying along MY coast ::)

next time u or any of your lads want to come and see us just gimme a call and i wont bother
you ;) ::) ;D

wait until the newest patch for IL-2 comes out...it'll include maps and aircraft for europe and the pacific theatre.

p.s: met an old man yesterday. after a bit of talking ,he told me that he was a german machinegunner in WW2. greece('42),russia('42-'43),italy('44). then he was captured by the tommys and he spent four years in a camp in egypt. very,very,very interesting!  :o
