I think that's the version I found in my basement. Either that or FS3. I remember Xwing from 1992, it looked better than this. FS4 must be one old sim.

In that age we had still a universal panel... no messing with 100's MB of .GAU files

V4.0 was from 1989.  And yes, these are some impresive shots.  You wouldn't be able to tell them apart from photographs!  :D  I got this copy a few days ago from a friend who sent it to me, since it doesn't work on his computer anymore.  It takes up a whopping 799kb of my hard drive.   :o
