it's a 757, they are hugely overpowered

clean again, but isn't your pitch a bit too high?

It is almost a 20 degree pitch because the runway was alittle short, I pulled up literally at the last moment and there is a big building at the end of the runway!
It most likley looks like a high pitch because of the angle of the camera. They are all from ground level, (except last), which gives the illusion of a high degree of take off.
Nice observation though Bones!!  ;)

Heres the low-down Dave, really.  On take-off and just after rotating, the A/C is still fllying at a very high angle of attack and the tail isn't really following the nose just yet......there is still a difference between the actual datum of the fuselage and the direction of travel, so you may have an apparent high climb angle, but you have to factor in, the angle of attack at that climb-out speed .............. 8)
..............remember boys, at low speed we deploy lead edge droop, trailing egde flaps and raise the angle of attack to maintain adequate lift ...............  8)

like someone else said the 757 is hugely overpowered, and will rocket off an international runway without flaps if standard practise allowed it,(i believe it doesnt) i used to sit and watch them at lunch time at bristol airport, they would be up in the air before the 3/4 mark, and they would generally use alot higher climb pitch than 10 degrees.

Beautiful 'clean and simple' airplane!  Now for the standard question, "where did you get it?"

I have been looking for some high quality 757s for a while.
Thanks...

Ummm... in my opinion... not that it really counts.  But, the pitch angle looks rather shallow as opposed to high.
