Try not flying in a window (alt/enter) and try to bump your res.......I fly at 1600x1200 to eradicate the jaggies...........look at the bottom of my post here and see my system specs.....

Go to your video card settings and try to adjust the texture aniospheric ( I don't remember the exact name) and the anti aliasing.  By increasing these it should get rid of the jaggies.  It is not the sliders in COF.

Thanks that did the trick,  In cof settings I turned off the anti aliasing and then in the 9600pro settings I turned it on to 16 x  and then in direct 3d I set the sliders to quality.................. vs performance and I did the same in open gl..............
Boy o boy..............she as smooth as a baby's,,,,,
well you know.
I now have a different outlook on cof except my seven mile bridge.
