Sure, it's the BAe harrier, but the americans use the AV-8, nearly the same aircraft, but with different ejection seat and some cockpit modifications.

Well said Rifleman, you beat me to it. It was us Brits that developed the worlds first V/STOL aircraft as far back as 1957 when Bristol (now Rolls Royce) designed the Pegasus engine and Hawker Aircraft (now BAE Systems) developed an aircraft to put it in, the P.1127.

Well, we're understandably proud of the Harrier.  ;)
It was a great achievement. Not much else to be proud of these days. Patriotism is now a dirty word.  ::)

well we would have had something to be proud of with the tsr.2 if it was completed I HATE NEW LABOUR THEY SUCK THEY SAY THEY DON'T RAISE TAX BUT THE SURE AS HELL RAISED ALOT AND GOT MY FAMILYS COMPANY GOING DOWNHILL.

Knew someone would ask sooner or later. But I've changed it to the Thunderbirds Air Demo Squadron, I think what it says below spells it out. In order to join you need the LAGO FS Falcon as its the only one with a good Thunderbirds paint scheme, air file, model, etc. Also it shows dedication to the unit if you get it. I'm going to start recruiting pilots once FS2k4 is released, and LOMAC.
