It's the Lago F-16 ( http://www.lagoonline.com/ENG/default.asp ).It's payware though.Also,that repaint isn't standard,I found it while browsing the Lago Forums.

We found out that the FS2002 display setting for aircraft reflections messes up the dynamic shine. For a nice surprise try turning it off.

well, i think that the reflections option turned on makes it look better, otherwise the plane looks all wierdo shaded hehe

that skin is done by one of my squad mates. His name is Storm on that forum and he has a post with a list of his repaints.
