P-40E Warhawk

Postby Joker » Wed Apr 16, 2003 1:33 pm

A little while ago, ramsa posted some pictures of a CFS2 P-40, this is the FS2002 version I said at the time I had hidden in my hangar.

This version of the Curtiss P-40E Warhawk (by K. Malinowski) is as beautiful as the one that ramsa displayed. I have also had the pleasure of seeing the real version at the Duxford airfield, U.K.

Pictures are taken around Lago's Diamond Point late one Spring afternoon.

 ;)

The water seems to be a "leak" from the JustFlight VFR Scenery for the UK, it is supposed to be seen only around the UK to replicate the sea around our Island but I have noticed it all over the world.

At first I wasn't that keen on it but after flying around it quite a bit I have come to enjoy the less blue look. I certainly prefer it over the stock colours and that popular other addon (can't remember the name off hand).

Thanks for the comments folks,

P.S. Hawker, I was at that show last year, you going this year? The CFS1 squad I am a member of are meeting there again this year and you would be welcome to join us for a beer  :)
