Yes it is, you gotta ask Dan about this but I beleive its the main fuel tank.

lol pregnant...

thats the ventral tank, the bigger version. The f1 f2 and f3 had a smaller one, only a 2 section tank.
Thats where the fuel is mate! OH and in the wings.. hence they're so bloomin fat...  ;)
