i was doing a flight from Kingsford Int (YSSY) to Lindbergh Int (KSAN). with still 2500nm to come, i saw i couldn't make it anymore, so i flew to the nearest island. i landed at an unknown airport in the pacific. i still don't know which country it was  ::). anyway, i refueled and tomorrow i'll head for San Diego...

thanx! i just landed at Lindbergh Intl with less than 5000lbs of fuel  :P

and no, i'm not doing an 'around the world trip' or something...too easy in a jumbo

Ken, Love those "flex wing" planes!! Just goes to show how "heavy" those things are!!!
Also, was it a busy day at Kingsford?.....they are linin' up fast. Tell those ATC's to wake up!!!
