Thanks,

The funny thing about the "wing" is that it's very stable and highly maneuverable.

And although not as visually stunning as the B-2. It is still one of the most interesting aviation concepts. And in its day was amazing.

I'm always amazed how aircraft of this type manage to carry out a "yaw" maneuver, having no rudder...?
The only way I can see this being achieved, to roll 'sharply' to the left, would be to feather the left-hand engines and apply full throttle to the right-hand engines...!
..other-wise the turning circle would be enormous...!
...any suggestions...?

Cheers...

P.S.   I'm getting carried away....so...Nice pictures Ramsa.... ;D...!
LOL...!

Nice shots but I must say that the textures on that flying wing are pretty appalling LOOK AT THE PROPELLERS. Is it a fs2000 model?

On the yawing note I'm guessing the extra torque from feathering one side would create it. I know that the spoilers on the wings are utilised how you explained on the B2 already but the rudder isn't actually used much apart from going into and out of a turn.

I would have to agree on the texture issue and I have notified the company Icarus that I'm not happy.

I don't usually say anything in public about things like this but payware should be more careful.

The plane was developed for Cfs2 but flies well in Fs2k2.

Without looking into the second part of this one, I fully expect it to be the YB-49, Jet powered version of this wing, with rudders.........going to look now to see if I am correct.........
BTW the rudders that were added on the 49 were an attempt at preventing yaw.....in a balanced turn, the A/C still has its tail following its nose and yaw is undesirable.....when you have a fuselage, yaw can be used to advantage in introducing drag when landing( slipping forwards or sideways) but at any other time it is not beneficial as it means a deviation of the datum to the flightpath and is not efficient flight...........so even when those turns are made, the wings are still square to the general direction the vehicle is travelling in  8)
