Spits and Jugs!

Postby HawkerTempest5 » Tue Apr 01, 2003 6:14 am

A couple of new Warbirds for FS2K2 and CFS2 that I've recently downloaded. All shots in FS2K2.

Vickers Supermarine Spitfire LF MkIXe SM41 of the Belgium Air Force mid 1950's. This is supposed to be former RAF and famous Duxford based Warbird MH434. However, the real MH434 has a "C" wing and standard rather than broard cord rudder. Still, it's a nice repaint.

P-47D Thunderbolt with "Malcolm" style hood of the 511th Fighter Squadron, Italy late 1944.

I love the "Jug" and all thses are by Krzysztof Malinowski and are all here at SimV.

I like the first shot Hawker, the others, well I'm not a P47 man myself, but they look good.
