Currently its at 60hz, I found the where to turn on the anti-aliasing, what should I set it to?

The answer is that the location of the anti-aliasing which controls jagged edges and anisotropy which sets your terrain clarity and distance depends upon the drivers you're using.

much too less,set it to 100hz,it's a lot better for your eyes.

The number of hertz will depend on the monitor you use, older monitors may not be able to get above 60hz, mine is 85hz maximum.

I got it up to 75hz now, wont go higher.

75hz is the lowest setting for an eye-friendly windows.
