By now I'm sure most, if not all of you have heard that Little Richie Daley, the mayor of Chicago sent a wrecking crew under cover of darkness and under police escort to start ripping up the runways at Meigs field, which he's wanted converted to Parkland for years. There were sixteen planes caught on the ground, (My brother's Skylane among them), when last I checked, which means there might be a legal firestorm brewing, but for now it looks like Meigs field, the default Airport in MSFS2k and 2K2, is now a part of history. I think it would be nice to post shots here of your favorite aircraft passing in salute over the field. To get things started, I've posted two; first is my Dehavilind Tiger Moth "Gypsy" dipping her wings in tribute as she makes a low pass:
