Now this is San Fran, not LA........

Postby Rifleman » Thu Mar 13, 2003 11:28 pm

After being the Go-Fer at LAX, I decided to take a run to San Fran to see the sights for myself and found that there are many ways to cross the gap and still use the Golden Gate Bridge.............
First ya gotta make an opening.....its not anything that all you others wouldn't do, so here is my arrival.....

Then is over, under, around and through.................

was gonna try a landing on the "Rock" when I flew by, and as for the other locations, I am not familiar with where they are, but if you point me in the right direction, I'll see if they have any drive-thru facilities

Be scared, be very very afraid. The boy is back with a new joystick (after nearly a month!), and even less braincells! So first flight out I took my dearly beloved Seafire S.47 for a quick spin around and through San Fransisco.
First a look at the bridge
Image
Then a look at the other end of the bridge
Image
Then a quick trip downtown for a pint
Image
Followed by checking out a crane
Image
And finally touchdown at KSFO for tea and biscuits

Ozzy (a nutter in any Supermarine product!) ;D

nice shots ozz

the transamerica building is the slightly pyramid looking thing to ozzy's immediate right, it is the thing casting the shadow
