Seaworld at San Diego

Postby machineman9 » Thu Nov 05, 2009 6:59 pm

Just some photos from my recent travels to the West Coast. We went down to Seaworld which was good fun and I got quite a few photos so here is a small selection of my favourites.

The Beluga Whale was quite friendly and the show with the Killer Whales was also very good indeed. We didn't get splashed but that's because I couldn't risk the poor camera getting drenched too.

Cheers for looking

That Beluga shot turned out great!  I used to go to Sea World in San Diego once a month when they were letting active duty get in for free.  The Seymore show was good  ;D

Wot, no dolphins? :P

Nice shots. I've been to Sea World in Florida several times. Can't remember if I've visited this one.

Thank you. I was very happy with the way the Beluga shots came out. Being as smart as they are, they must've known we as tourists wanted to see them to some interesting things. Usually giving us passes and coming right up to the glass for us.

The dolphins weren't very friendly at all and had their mind on the food they were being given at the other end of the pool. I couldn't get too close either because they were splashing most people who were there

Wow, I havent been to Sea World in years! And I lived in San Diego a good 25 years! Always loved going when I did tho. Yea, that Beluga shot came out great! As if he was posing for ya!
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.
