I hope this comes across ok Glenn (deep breath) but I think that #3 is your only real choice. If I'm being harsh the #1 doesn't apply the rule of thirds, so it's confusing as to what the subject is. Same for #2, subject dead centre, not good composition. #4 cuts off the wheels, either be closer, or further away (same applies to people and animals). #5 dirty, clean the sensor or edit out the dust, subject dead centre again.
All of the shots not complying with the rule of thirds can be cropped of course.
In contrast 3 has good foreground interest with the bush, nicely framed by the interesting tree branch, subjects placed near the rule of thirds points, great patterning in the rocks mirrored in the water and in the line of the branch above, and a sense of direction from bottom right to left with the water, then back from left to top right over the mountain.
It's great. Pity you had no fluffy clouds
