EBBR spotting - 11 09 2009

Postby Omag 2.0 » Wed Sep 16, 2009 2:31 pm

Last friday the lady threw me out of the house for a girls only afternoon, so what better thing to do then go Brussels for some spotting. Different wind direction as usual, so I needed to find a new spotting ground, and I did.

But that also meant shooting into the sun, even though it was partially clouded. Not simple... lol

Great shots, really like the Pegasus 737 and Easyjet A319.

Nice shots! Would have been much tougher without the cloud cover.

BTW, the Easy is an A-319-111 according to - http://www.airframes.org/reg/gezbw

Yes, spill the beans Kris, they are cracking shots.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Tv setting + spot metering + positive EV compensation. Think I was at about +1.

Have to be careful though, if you hit the reflection of the sun while measuring the light, the shot will be seriously underexposed... lol... took me a while before I figured what moments I had to wait to shoot.
