I was only happy with this one shot I took. I need more practice.

This tug should be at 47N:

That's a nice Mooney in the end. Must have been nice to see them fly formation like that :D

This is Mike the tow pilot from 47N. That Pawnee would look great towing our 2-33 from the same family. A Pawnee would be a great addition to our club, maybe some day it will happen.

For those posters close to 47N, you should stop in some time soon, summer is passing by much to quickly.

Take care,

On the third shot it looks like the plane is chewing on the kids head.

I suggest offering more free beer. Worked for me last time. ;D

The Pawnee should actually be over at SMQ. They have a hefty fleet over there for their glider ops.

They have and tow with a Pawnee at SMQ. I sure wish we had one at 47N.

As for the beer, at a 1.25 per can, how can you go wrong. You may even get a burger or dog to go with it, if someone is checked out to solo the grill.

Flying that close together always seems a tad dangerous to me!... :o..!

I am always concerned about the "prop wash" sucking/blowing air from the adjacent aircraft, and affecting me!

Even on our Multiplayer Flights I wait until the aircraft in front has well departed the Runway before I follow... ;)...!

I like to keep well clear of wind blast!...on the ground, and in the air... ;D...!

Paul...G-BPLF....Wind in the Willows... 8-)...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

Big Truck,

You need to get a TDY to the east coast for a bit during the summer months. A stop at 47N will most likely get you several rides, in numerous aircraft including the shark mouthed glider, Breezy, Champ, Citabria and Grumman Tiger.

As for the beer, don't listen to James. Bud, Miller Lite, Corona and others from time to time. Many are checked out to solo the grill, so a very good chance you will get a burger or dog to wash that beer down with.
