Can someone ID this for me?

This plane was a very rare appearance at Ithaca a few weeks ago. My guess is that it is an L-39. Sorry about the poor quality. I had almost no time to set up the shot

There are a lot of those in the US these days.  They are about the cheapest jet on the market, you can pick one up for about $350,000 in some places.
