What kind of lens did you use, what settings did you use for your moon photo, and how did you get it so sharp?

Andrew, my camera is a Cannon SX10iS and the lens can go to 560mm optical.  I was using the 1.4 digital converter built into it which takes it to 784mm.  My settings were as follows. Shutter 1/200, Ap 5.7, ISO 200. I sharpen it up a little using Irfanview.
