I like the roll-out with the reversers open....great clouds swirling everywhere..........

At bigger venues you may see boom mounted cabs with the operators sitting inside, and not out in the elements at all....I've had the opportunity to explain it to a woman on a flight I was taking out of YYZ just before Xmas, a few years ago......basically all she needed to know was why......."we'll be lighter" is all I thought she needed to know....it worked !

Thank you for sharing this with us Matt, the only time I ever see De-Icing is from the passenger seat and from there it's just a cloud of steam

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
