[center]12.07.08 - Flying Legends

My favourite show of the year....you just can't beat the atmosphere of legends, especially the multi spitfire tailchase and groups of 6 or 7 P51s swooping low over the airfield. This year was no exception, especially with the visit of B17 Liberty Belle, forming up with Pink Lady and P51 Miss Velma for a superb routine. Unfortunately SallyB, Duxford's resident B17 couldn't join them due to engine troubles, but the sight of three fortresses on the ground was one to behold.

Beautys, wish US had a few more airshows, but correct me if im wrong, they seem to be fading away :(....atleast here in the us

Very nice Super Hornet at rotation......I think I like that one best of this set....... 8-)

I believe there are quite a few, but that's the problem with having such a large country.....;)

I wish there were more helicopters at our airshows. Seeing the Blue Angels over and over again gets a little old after awhile.
