Yosemite Spam 2

Ok, this has never happened to me before, I had to compress some of these shots to Level 1 (out of 12) in photoshop CS2 and they were still over the limit, so I had to reduce their size even more...you know how it goes.

Very nice regardless. It's the textures that do it: snow-covered branches and all that rock surface.
I'm pretty sure the last shot shows where I camped the time I was there... hiked up to the top of some waterfall, and that looks familiar.

Both sets are incredible.  The mountains in the snow are great. :)

Wow!! I visited Yosemite during a State Side holiday in 1999. At the time I thought it was stunning. Yosemite Winterised, it makes my summer pictures look black and white :-[

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

For this type of shots you should be allowed to post much bigger pictures with low compression!  ;)

Amazing, just look at the view over the area!
