After the first period it was 5-1. (our team winning) I had one assist so far.
Second period was sortof diffrent I belive it was 6-3. (our team winning)
Third period was the best part of the game but yet the most scary and nervous for our team.
Well after about a 10 minute delay because the goalie had to change pads while that was going on a player on the other team was asking for the ref's name to report him for being a bad ref. After he said enough words the ref sayed one more word your kicked out for good. But he cussed so he said now I can report you for that two.
After the other team score 2 goals there was 7 minutes remaining one away from tieing it from the other team so our goalie got mad and skated away to the lobby for some reason. He wouldent come back so instead of playing posts since we dint have a goalie (posts is when you hit the post its a goal) the refs said we get one more player out on the ice and its empty net which means they shoot it in the net they score. I was mad and yelling at the ref at this stupid desicion they made! So after that and the faceoff the other team gets it shoots it and scores. Tie game 6-6. We held them off for 1 more minute with an empty net then the goalie came back! Oh our team was happy with joy by then. So then after some playing I got the puck from behind the net and tried to pass it to a player waiting in front of the net and it actually bounced off the goalies skate and went it so I was going crazy that I scored to make our team win. Then we scored again. Then after a faceoff I passed it too one of our best players and scored again. Now were winning 9-6. Now after time there's 48 seconds left. Our goalie isnt experienced alot but he's been playing good but he was starting to lose it probally a mind game and the other team scored 2 then there was 10 seconds left. They scored with .3 seconds left. 9-9 tie game last period.
We dint have enough time to play OT so we did a shootout (like penalty shots) We kept telling our goalie to relax, its not his fault and honestly it wasnt at all. Our defense played horrible all night at the last period he was great execpt for one mistake but on the other hand he palyed great and saved us from losing by coming back. Well they're first shotter scored. Then our first din't score. Then there's dint and ours did. There's 3 rounds.
