Okay, now we get into some decent-quality images... I managed to position myself pretty well for a few of these, all under the guise of driving the quad for retrieval...

This gorgeous RV-8 was visiting today; I hoped to get a nice takeoff pic but the pilot did a rocket-like high-perf takeoff. Oh well.





More "oh well"... I got an excellent static shot of the same RV-8, with its amazing paint job (not a decal)... but something went awry and I lost half the image. But it's worth showing... a really cool paint job. If it returns here I'll get a better shot, and copy it before touching it...





I'm a little proud of this Cygnet series... and such a cool little airplane!

I think one of the PA-28-R "Arrow" types had a "T" tail as well at least that is the one I think of when I think of a "Piper Arrow".

Yes, Piper got a little confusing name-wise with their little tribe of Cherokee-derived  aircraft... Me, if it isn't a Cub or a Pacer I have to look it up.

Same here. They did seem to lose their way with those names.
