Bitterly cold and very cloudy I wasn't expecting much, but there's a really nice atmosphere at this small grass strip. (Including a nice warm caf

That looks like a real fine little strip, there. I also see you can take pretty good shots of aircraft without afterburners... who knew? ;) ;D

We were lucky it was a Saturday. If it had been a weekday I suspect Mic may have succumbed to the spotter-magnet five minutes up the road called Boscombe Down (the UK equivalent of Edwards AFB!)
