Sunday (Football) Dins

Postby BigTruck » Mon Nov 24, 2008 1:46 am

Sunday in America is default for FOOTBALL!!!  So of course that includes a delicious dinner....usually burgers, wings, brats, hotdogs, steak and whatever else you can cook on a grill...

Since it was just me and the wife tonight, the entre is just grilled wings, featuring my home made (and very sticky) honey bbq wings, and my not so home made ranch buffalo wings (hidden valley ranch mixed with franks buffalo sauce)

The wings are seasoned before going over the flame with spicy salt and chili powder, mesquite powder, and chicken seasoning...once they are almost done I baste them in the sauces and cook them for an additional 3 minutes to produce a delicious entre!!

Matt, you had me at beer!!  That is a GORGEOUS grill, I'm quite jealous!

Yes Saturday is definately a terrific day for football as well (ROLL TIDE!!)  Definately prefer the college games over NFL but football is football  ;)

Haven't had a chance to play with the Nasa computer yet...but I do know some people on the "inside" here so maybe if I buy them a copy they'll install it and let me try it out  ;D

Fozz, you never let me down  ;D

This wouldove also went good with College Football on Saturday   :D

The Texas Tech V.S. Oklahoma game although its good it wasnt because that wouldove been a boring game to watch seeing Texas Tech getting steam rolled.

Go Cal!
and the Rams!  :)
and the Avs  :-[

That's not funny Sailor boy...

My house is definately a college football house (as long as the Red Wings aren't playing, they have priority)

Me, being from Michigan, I am a Michigan fan, yeah we are awful the past several years, but I also get to cheer for Alabama (roll tide) since my wife is a born and raised there, and a graduate from UA (she is ROYALLY into Alabama football, she actually scares me at times, crying, getting sick to her stomach if they are losing..etc)

The trusty 60 inch HDTV along with Direct TV ESPN package and NHL Center ice package has my TV on at all hours of the day, which means I am usually behind the grill prepping some chicken and brats for the crew!!!
