Diamond Jubilee Airshow-Prt1

Postby Mitch. » Sun Oct 26, 2008 5:26 am

Gday folks,
I had the pleasure of attending the Diamond Jubilee Airshow at HMAS Albatross in Nowra to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Royal Australian Navy Fleet Air Arm. It was a spectacular airshow with a variety of aircraft and performances. The weather was nice all day with a light breeze. I have a tonne of pics to post so I hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I had taking them. Enjoy...

This first thread is dedicated to the beautifully restored Grumman Avenger. I love the sound of the massive radial engine.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
