My first airshow with my DSLR, here's a quick shot, took over 500 pics so I have tons of cropping and stuff to do

Hey I was there today!  8-)

It was great but we dint buy tickets (what a mistake we will next year) but it took us about 3 hours to get on the USS PINCKNEY and by the time we got out of the tours we had to find somewhere to see the show. Thankfully we found seats on the pier at the resterant Shutterfly and it was outside and just made it in time for Fat Albert and we saw it all. Although we dint see everything that someone who bought tickets would.

I also saw the Snowbirds they were great.

All I saw were Navy guys  :-? Where were you Marines? Pier 39  ;D Bubba Gumps ::)..

Great photo you must have a heck of a camera!

My best mate who happened to be in San Fransisco on holiday was visiting Alcatraz (he had no idea about fleet week). He stood on the top of the steps in the exercise yard and decided to give me a call and tell me he was watching the Angels do their collective stuff and how great it was and how much he wished I was there etc, etc, etc............What really hurt the most, is he is not an air show type person at all

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
