The Messerschmitt is a restoration of an original plane with a proper Daimler Benz engine. The C-130 is painted like a P-51 to commemerate  the 179th ANGs 60th anniversary.

The fourth shot looks almost like Marines although the flak jackets are wrong and the vehicle is nothing we have in inventory...Marine reservists from Mt Clemens?  Or am I way off?  Their cammies look like they have our pattern to them.  Rest of the shots, very nice as well, where was this show?  I'm from Upper Michigan and would love to fly hoe sometime for an airshow over my home turf

The soldiers aren't military soldiers. They are civillian reenactors playing Geman and Allied soldiers. The show was at Willow run airport in Ypsilanti.
