Mark, I had three U S Airways DH-8's come in within the time you gave me. The weather was not so good so I'm sorry for the quality.
So here are you're choices.

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Thanks for taking the shots Cory, I must have been on Flight "B", because It was a normal landing, we didn't go around and we didn't make an unusual approach.  I was looking all over the place trying to see someone with a camera, but I didn't notice anyone. I thought you forgot. I'm so excited you got these shots. I also spent 5 hours between flights walking around Philly, thats a big airport. I walked all of Terminal A, B, C, & F, I could not find a 747. I thought you have them there. We never get them in Pittsburgh, so I tried to find one there.  Thanks Again, Mark

The only Seven-Four I can think of that would go into PHL would be UPS or Evergreen. If you wanted to see one, you'd have to take quite a long walk down to Cargo Alley.

You two (Corey and Mark) should take a hike over to JFK/EWR with me some day. If you want to see some real variety, that's where the action is.

Thanks Chaps!!

Mark, you should have been on flight "A"!!  He came up from the south along the river and banked hard left at the last minute and brought her in.  They usually come in across the river straight on.  It had to be an exciting landing for the passengers!!  As for the 747's you wanted to see.  You would have to looked at the UPS tarmac to see any.  UPS or some of the other cargo companies that come in are the only 747's you will see at PHL and they are usually at UPS.  ( Evergreen, Kalitta, Trade Winds, etc...) UPS will sublet them.
