Some that Steve might like... (Trip to Wales)

Postby machineman9 » Sun Jul 13, 2008 4:03 pm

So yesterday I went to Port Meirion in Wales... the home of 'The Prisoner'. I have been before but this time it was a suprise stay in the castle, the hospital in the show, for a visitor who came over from Los Angeles.

It was a fun little weekend. I got through about 350 images on the camera (An olympus C-740, 3.2MP camera) but I narrowed them down to these top few for the thread. If anyone wants the complete gallery from start to finish then I can provide a link to my Bebo album which has them all.

So here you The Prisoner fans... the lovely Port Meirion and Castle Deudraeth.

Thanks  :)

And also, I read in the paper that they are re-making it, but the classics were brilliant!

Oh yes, the classics really were very good :D

Remaking it? I wonder how that would go down...I'd be interested to see the new episodes! :)
