Yeovilton Air Day 08 - Helicopters

Wasn't much in the way of flying helicopters - in this thread, a Merlin and a Westland Wasp take the spotlight...other than these two, the only other helicopter displys were from the Black Cats and the Finale.

Anyway, enough talk, time for photos!

Really ugly that wasp compared to the nice Merlin... Haven't seen a wasp earlier! Nice shots.

WHAT! The Wasp is lovely! Much nicer IMO than the Merlin! That said, I do see Merlins every day, and like them.  ;)
