Very nearly almost soaring at 47N...

Sigh. The blasted fuel-injected Citabria got vapor-locked when it was my turn to go up with Herb in the 33, then of course it developed some sort of electrical problem and that was that.
Hard to hate such a nice airplane, but I'm working on it.  >:(

But I got to learn about ground handling the glider, etc... and it was just fun hanging out at the airport. :) Not a total loss.

Chances are J. has some better pics of the glider, so I'll show a few things he probably didn't get pictures of..


It was while I was getting a close look at this nice Cygnet over by the glider tiedowns that J. was being lured into the R44...

Yeh, cause I was too busy trying not to eat the dirt in that R44. ;D

I saw that Breezy take off as we were getting set to lift off. I'm kinda bummed I didn't get a chance to snap a shot of it. But free helo stick time>pictures. ;D
