Thanks and you would be right about that!!  :)

Most people would say that they are a bunch of drunks extending New Years Eve but, that would only be the Comic Division that seem to still be celebrating the New Year.  The other divisions take it very seriously.  Thay don't get real drunk until after they march!! :D
