I went N.U.T.S. last night.

Well. To Night Under the Stars, that is. :)

I was invited to go and photograph the aircraft that are going to be used in the Jones Beach Airshow this weekend at Republic Airport. I got there late, mostly because I underestimated how freakin' far away this place was. :P Spent a few hours there, chatting with some of the guys from NYCAviation.com. Here's just the highlights. I have too many to put up here.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Im guessing you used a tripod and a longer exposure? Very nice :o :o, I dont think the shots would have the same impact if during the day ;)
