A320: KEWR-KPHX-KLAX pt 2

Postby beaky » Thu May 08, 2008 8:20 am

Took way too many photos on this two-leg cross-country trip (after napping until we crossed the Mississippi); I was excited that my battery was holding up, I guess :D

Here are some more of the best, without boring narration...

I see you've got some new and improved groundtextures installed?  ;D

Third one is a blast! Look at the rich colours!

Gorgeous stuff Sean.

This may sound awfully crazy to the weary traveler, but in my mind there isn't a much better way to spend the day than watching the country pass 35,000 feet below you. :)

Thanks for sharing the pictures. ;)

I'd rather be at 7,000 feet, sitting up front at the controls, but yes, the view was nice this time. ;D

I get that, but you can see a lot more from a bit higher.
Of course, way up in the FLs the view takes on a whole different character... it's always interesting to see large features in their entirety... all te patterns you don't see from lower down.
