The big stuff arriving at EHAM:

First up, this KLM MD-11, i can assure you that this is one noisy plane when directly beneath it on landing.

Atlas Cargo came to say hi, she looked quite heavy on landing.

A panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ 8, it has a 12x optical zoom wich comes in very handy!

Yup, sure is, quite a few people stopped near the fences to take a look at the landing planes.

Why are there animals at the end of the runway. Must be neat to see horses fly when planes takeoff.

Thanks guys! I got a dozen more like the second one.

The mirage indeed looked great, the runway lights looked on fire deu to the heat haze, and when a plane landend you saw the smoke going up and down!

I was indeed at the end of the lights :

I sharpened them a bit after resizing, works like a charm, although dont overdo it after resizing, otherwise it will look very odd! Also, turn on sharpening in the camera settings and leave all else on normal it already should spit out sharp images on there full resolution. And  depending on the program your using to resize them use the highest settings(irfanview is lancos filter i believe.
