26th April 2008 - White Hart Lane

Postby Ben R » Wed Apr 30, 2008 3:53 pm

This is what really made my day memorable. The first time I have been to see Tottenham Hotspur. It was against Bolton Wanderers. The score 1-1 with Steed Malbranque scoring Spurs goal. This really topped off the day. White Hart Lane on the outside, is surprisingly very old fashioned when compared to the interior of 'The Lane'..

I went the WHL in 1995 (February apparently, according to the www) with a mate.

Wimbledon won 2-1. It was the last footie match I went to. ;D Oval ball for me please. ;)

The thing that amazes me with White Hart Lane is the poles that obstruct the view in the stand you were in.  Really old school!
