Pearl Harbor: Pacific Aviation Museum.

Postby deadkennedy » Sat Apr 12, 2008 4:37 pm

Next set of pictures from Hawaii. This time the Pacific Aviation Museum at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor.

A small museum with only a couple of planes.
They are expanding with a Vietnam display and a real B-52, but that will take some more time (should be finished in 2012).

It was difficult to take pictures in this dark hangar (didn't have my tripod with me) but I hope you'll like them anyway.

Japanese Zero, in flying condition.

Cool shots, great work. Looks very informative. There are some interesting aircraft, in particular the P-40 and B-25. 8-)
