There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

I was wondering, how did you get the star effect in the second from last shot(herc)?

Luck mate, if steve doesn't mind me answering lol.
It's one of the strobes.

Luck?......LUCK?......Skill, timing, tenacity and natural ability......

......all counts for nothing, you're right it's luck!  :P ;D

Those silly C-130's.. Thinking their fighter pilots! How cute!  ;D

In todays operations, I think it's more a case of (generally medium level operating) fast jet pilots pretending to be Tac Hercs... :)

Funnily enough I was having the exact same thought, how many F3's are going to find themselves chasing a Bear through the Welsh valleys?  :-? ;D

Thanks for the comments chaps, mine were nowhere near as good as those from some people, but I'm just enjoying the practice  ;)

Mostly stemming for the start of GW1, and finding how many Tonkas we lost (5 or so) as we went hareing in to attack Mr Hussein's air force from 100ft...

As shown by the RAF's Herc loss in Jan 05, low level isn't a safe place.
